Recharge and rejuvenate with our mid-week yoga flow class. Perfect for a pick-me-up, this practice will help you release stress, boost your energy and leave you feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the rest of the week.

This practise will help strengthen your body, increase you flexibility, improve your determination, calm the mind and simply leave you feeling good.

My classes are suitable for all levels with options of variations to postures that will benefit your body the most.

This flow combines mindful breathing with powerful postures to strengthen your body, calm your mind and boost your confidence. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a curious beginner, this class is perfect for you. As we move through the practice you will cultivate a sense of self-love and gratitude for your body, gain a peaceful mind and feel completely rejuvenated.

The Journey of the Heart and Body

We welcome you on a beautiful journey of the heart and body. We open the retreat with a simple introduction of retreat and what you will experience. You will be guided by Devi who will take you through a heart opening yoga practise to help you be more open and receptive to the healing power of the universe. You will be guided through a nuturing cacao ceremony to deepen the connection to the earth and spirit. Wendy offers a unique practise helping you learn tools for life, this includes emotion coding, kinesiology and creative affirmations.
