Welcome back, everyone. As we move further into our Spring Awakening journey, today we turn our attention inward, embracing the gentle, nurturing energy of our lunar side. This is a day for introspection, for deep listening and for loving acceptance of yourselves.
Our practice today will be a more introspective breath-based Hatha yoga sequence, designed to cultivate a sense of inner peace and tranquility. We'll be moving with a slower, more deliberate pace, allowing ourselves to sink into each pose, to feel the subtle sensations within. We will be focusing on poses that encourage us to turn inward, to connect with our intuition and to embrace ourselves with loving kindness. This is a time to soften, to release tension and to nurture your inner landscape.
As always, I want to remind you that this is your practice. It’s a moment to honour your body, your emotions and your inner world.
