The Spring Awakening: Day Four

Welcome to Day Four of your Spring Awakening journey! In this invigorating practice, we'll tap into the power of your solar plexus, the energy centre associated with personal power, digestion and transformation. We will move with intention, using breath and mindful movement to ignite your inner fire and cultivate a sense of vitality and confidence.

What to expect:

  • We'll explore poses that stimulate and strengthen the solar plexus, helping you to feel more grounded and centred.
  • Expect a sequence of energising poses that will get your blood flowing and boost your energy levels.
  • We'll move with awareness, connecting with your breath and body to cultivate a sense of inner strength and resilience.
  • This practice is designed to help you shed any self doubt and step off the mat with a yoga glow.

Listen to your body:

  • Throughout this practice, your breath is your most valuable guide. If you find yourself holding your breath, ease out of the pose.
  • Yoga is not about achieving a "perfect" pose, but about cultivating awareness and well-being.
  • If you experience any sharp or persistent pain, gently release the pose and rest.
  • Please feel free to modify any pose to suit your individual needs. Use props, adjust your positioning, or simply rest when needed.
  • It is not a competition. Please honour your body and its unique needs.
