Welcome, everyone, to the first day of our Spring Awakening journey. I’m so glad you’re here. Today, we begin with a gentle 30-minute flow, designed to help you reconnect with your body and your breath. Think of this as a soft invitation to come back home to yourself, to become more familiar with the sensations within.
Our practice today will be focused on breath-based Hatha yoga, meaning we'll synchronise our movements with the natural rhythm of our breath. This will help us cultivate a sense of ease, presence, and deep connection.
This is a time to get to know your body, to listen to its whispers and its needs. We’ll be moving slowly and mindfully, allowing ourselves to feel each pose, each breath, with curiosity and compassion.
Practicalities and Listening to Your Body:
Before we begin, I want to emphasise the importance of honouring your body. This is not about achieving perfect poses or pushing beyond your limits. It’s about creating a safe and nurturing space for yourself.
