The Spring Awakening: Day Six

Embark on a profound 90-minute journey of self-discovery and spiritual awakening through the transformative practice of yoga. Guided by the timeless wisdom of Krishnamacharya's three principles of practice, this session will lead you to a deeper understanding of your inner self and the interconnectedness of all beings.

What to expect:

  • Immerse yourself in a gentle breath based Hatha Yoga flow designed to connect you back with your spirit.
  • Explore the profound wisdom of Krishnamacharya's three principles of practice. These principles will guide you to develop a personalised practice that aligns with your unique capabilities and limitations.
  • Through dedicated practice and self-reflection, you will begin to unlock your inner potential and connect with the divine within.

Listen to your body:

  • Throughout this practice, your breath is your most valuable guide. If you find yourself holding your breath, ease out of the pose.
  • Yoga is not about achieving a "perfect" pose, but about cultivating awareness and well-being.
  • If you experience any sharp or persistent pain, gently release the pose and rest.
  • Please feel free to modify any pose to suit your individual needs. Use props, adjust your positioning, or simply rest when needed.
  • . It is not a competition. Please honour your body and its unique needs.
