The Spring Awakening: Day Two

Welcome back, everyone. I hope you’re feeling a sense of gentle awakening from yesterday’s practice. Today, we’ll be building on that foundation, cultivating inner strength and confidence through a 30-minute breath-based Hatha yoga sequence.

This morning’s practice is designed to energise and empower you, helping you connect with your inner resilience. We'll be moving through a series of flowing postures, synchronised with the rhythm of your breath. As we move, we will be focusing on building a stronger more confident version of ourselves.

Listen to your body:

  • Throughout this practice, your breath is your most valuable guide. If you find yourself holding your breath, ease out of the pose.
  • Yoga is not about achieving a "perfect" pose, but about cultivating awareness and well-being.
  • If you experience any sharp or persistent pain, gently release the pose and rest.
  • Please feel free to modify any pose to suit your individual needs. Use props, adjust your positioning, or simply rest when needed.
  • It is not a competition. Please honour your body and its unique needs.

I hope this practise gives you a yoga glow and the strength to start your day full of confidence and inner power.
